• Electrical rough-in while it's open. Fan blocks, switched circuits, and outlet runs cost the least on install day. We ask about them up front so you're not fishing wire later.
• Paperwork before posts. Permit and HOA submittals go in first; the build calendar starts when approvals land.

Half our calls come from new subdivisions where the builder left bare concrete — in Cibolo and the new phases around New Braunfels, a cover is the first thing the backyard needs.
